Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60: $4.99 in the United States, $7.99 to all other countries.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after they ship. Delivery can take longer during the holiday season, bad weather, or customs delays.

Tracking: You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.

Multiple packages: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes: International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address: Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away - we can only change it before the order ships.
